How do I get started?

Simply sign up for an account. No credit card required. It's free to get started.

Do I get a QR Code?

Yes. When you create an account we provide you with a QR code. We recommend that you send the QR Code to your wedding venue and ask them to print it on your menus and table cards. This will make it easy for your guests to upload their photos. You can also print the QR Code on your wedding ceremony booklets.

How long does the free trial last for?

The free trial period lasts for 30 days from the day you sign up. Your account will automatically downgraded to the free tier after 30 days. You can upgrade at any time to a paid subscription.

How long is the paid subscription for?

Your paid WeddingPixie subscription lasts from the date you sign up until 12 months from your wedding date. For example if you sign up today and are getting married on 1 June, 2025 your subscription will last from today until 31 May, 2026.

What happens after my subscription ends?

Your account will automatically downgraded to our free tier. To continue to use paid features like easy image download you will need to sign up for weddingPixie hosting

What's WeddingPixie hosting?

Continue to host your wedding album with us for only €12 per year at WeddingPixie. You'll still be able to control what people see on your public wedding album. All paid subscription features will continue to work.

What happens if more images get uploaded than are allowed under my subscription?

Exceed the limits in your plan? No problem. Your guests will still be able to upload their amazing photos. You can upgrade your account at any time and you will be able to view and curate the photographs submitted by your guests.
